To setup a functional test, we need a few parameters to configure it:

• Number of concurrent calls/interactions
• Types of interactions (IVR, Chatbot, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Approximate duration of each call
• Duration of the test
• Number of simulated agents [Optional]
